Delta IV class nuclear submarine Tula reportedly launched a Sineva nuclear missile as part of the Russian nuclear strategic exercise "Grom". The missile was launched from an undisclosed location within the Barents Sea and was launched towards the Kura test area in the Kamchatka Region.
