| Notes | The Russian Ministry of Defense reports an air defense exercise held by the Baltic Fleet. Four vessels, identified as the Buyan-M class corvettes Zeleny Dol and Serpukhov and the Karakurt class missile boats Sovetsk and Odintsovo were part of the exercise. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, Ka-27 helicopters conducted a mock air attack against these vessels. Once the helicopters were in firing range, the vessels activated their electronic warfare systems and simulated artillery fire. The MoD reports that the vessels succeeded in destroying the attacking aircraft. |
